Entry level management position that leads the banquet staff while personally assisting in executing events based on requirements and standards. Develops and directs team to provide consistent, high quality service. Communicates performance expectations and trains staff in processes. Responsible for managing financial and administrative duties. Our Meetings Imagined concept requires creative thinking; meetings are more than tables and chairs. Have excellent communication skills in English and Dutch. Have preferably 1 to 2 years of hospitality experience and in a similar role. What do you get in return?
