The Banqueting Manager is responsible for our meetings and events in both our meeting rooms in the hotel and the Koepelkerk. You train, motivate and coach the Banqueting Supervisors and Ambassadors and you serve as a role model. You provide guidance and feedback to help individuals develop and strengthen skills and abilities needed to accomplish work objectives. The Banqueting Manager ensures the highest level of service throughout the event phase, maximizes revenue opportunities by up-selling during the event and maximizes profit by managing costs effectively. You are responsible for achieving guest and associate satisfaction and for managing the financial performance of the Conference & Banqueting Department. What are we looking for? To be eligible for this position you… • Have a bachelor degree in Hotel Management, Event Management or related major. • Have experience in event management or food and beverage. • Are fluent in English and have international working experience.
