WE'RE HIRING - BARTENDER Super Lyan is looking for a superstar bartender to join our wonderful team here in Amsterdam | ABOUT US : Super Lyan is the first international venue from Mr. Lyan and the team behind White Lyan, Cub, Dandelyan, Lyaness and most recently Silver Lyan over in the USA. Our neighbourhood cocktail bar in Amsterdam offers tasty cocktails, beers, wine and bitterballen late into the night. Our venue is just as much about creating a relaxed, fun atmosphere as it is about our world-renowned drinks | THE ROLE : As our new bartender you’ll have the chance to learn and work with our amazing team here at Super Lyan, creating cocktails and helping our guests kick back and chill in our beautiful space | We’re looking for someone who has: : An extensive knowledge about spirits, beers and other beverages and is looking to take their experience to the next level # Can run a bar like clockwork, making sure all of the guests are taken care of # Have a personal approach to service and making drinks - you’ll be in tune with what the customer needs, and are able to contribute to the atmosphere that makes the Lyan experience original and memorable # Able to deliver service in a personal manner - we appreciate that each guest is different and are keen to cater for them in a unique way # Will ensure the bar is always in pristine condition we like to make sure it’s all clean, sparkling and fully stocked up, so that everything is just right for our team and guests. # Knowledge of the surrounding bars in order to keep up with the competition # Previous experience within a cocktail or wine bar # Has a WSET2 diploma or Barsmarts certificate or another relevant spirits study # A creative mind and full of ideas, coming up with ways to boost revenues # An outgoing personality and likes interacting with guests # You must be able to prove your eligibility to work in The Netherlands. # If this sounds like you, please drop apply direct | WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU? : A chance to work with our fun, kind and motivated Lyan team # IHG Employee rate in over 5500 hotels + F&B Discount Card Amsterdam # Daily opportunities for personal development and training # Competitive salary # Multiple staff events and Lyan Love throughout the year #
