I hold a degree in Fashion Design and a postgraduate specialization in Print Design. Over the years, I have gained experience working in creative and customer-facing roles, which allowed me to develop strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. I also have experience in hospitality and service positions, where I learned how to welcome and assist guests, manage tasks under pressure, and contribute to creating a positive and memorable visitor experience. In addition, I speak several languages: Portuguese, English, and French fluently, basic Spanish, and I am currently learning Dutch. I believe this multicultural and multilingual background, combined with my academic and professional experiences, allows me to connect with a wide range of visitors and contribute to an inclusive and engaging environment.
